Hey there 👋🏻 I'm a Senior Content Designer and Conversational AI Designer with over a decade of experience across content design, technical writing, and AI. Most recently, I worked with Getty Images on a Conversational AI project in the editorial image search space.

Content Design
I shape the words that guide people through digital products, from the first onboarding screen to error messages and everything in between. I work embedded in product teams, collaborating with designers, developers, and PMs to make complex interfaces feel clear and human.
Conversational AI Design
I map out and write complex conversational flows and logic for both rule-based chatbots and those with Generative AI capabilities. I balance user expectations with business needs and tech opportunities & constraints.
