Conversation Design

As a Conversational AI Designer, I map out and write complex conversational flows and logic for both rule-based chatbots and those with Generative AI capabilities.

I balance user expectations with business needs and tech opportunities & constraints.

What I do

• Strategy: bot auditing, use case prioritization, journey mapping
• Design: bot persona and tone of voice development, diagram design to map out flows, prompt engineering, dialogue writing, NLU definition
• Optimization: high-level data analysis, use case optimization
